Our first time in, but definitely not our last! The smash burger eggrolls and crème brûlée were the stars of the show, but everything was absolutely delicious. Our server, Kirsten was very attentive and had great recommendations. 10/10 recommend!

Stopped in for dinner & sat at the bar. Very nice interior. The A/C seemed to not be working so there was a giant fan in the bar. I had to ask them to turn it down bc it was blowing so hard & I didn't want my food to get cold. We ordered a cheeseburger & a pizza. Cheeseburger wasn't bad & it came on a nice seeded role. My pizza was not great; not much taste to it. Manager was very nice there. I would try this place again for something other than pizza as they did have a nice menu.

I was looking for a place to host my birthday and I'm so glad my husband found 83 Tavern! The space is absolutely beautiful! The bar area is gorgeous, and they have a private room that accommodates up to 25 people with doors you can close for a more intimate feel. Perfect for a special occasion! Mike, the manager, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind from start to finish. He went above and beyond by crafting three custom drinks specifically for our party. They were stunning to look at and even better to taste. I'm genuinely hoping they make it onto the regular menu because our guests couldn't stop talking about them! The service on the day of the party was exceptional. Mike and our server were attentive without being intrusive — refilling waters before we even had to ask, and they were so gracious about cutting the cake I brought in. Those little touches made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious. We shared the nachos, burger egg rolls, braised beef and pizza. Everything was a hit and nothing disappointed. All of this to say: if you're looking for a great spot to eat and drink, or need a space to host your next event, 83 Tavern is your place. Highly,

We had an amazing experience! Our server, Abby, was an absolute delight and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. We loved sitting by the faux fireplace—it made for the perfect dining experience. The music was just right, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! Since it was our first visit, they surprised us with a warm apple bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream. Holy smokes—it was incredible! I had the poke tuna bowl and requested wasabi, which was the perfect addition. My husband ordered the burger and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. They also offer daily specials, which gives us even more reason to come back. Highly recommend checking this place out—10/10!

This was my second time dining at 83 Tavern. I can safely say I will be coming back with friends and for romantic evenings. Riley W served me and was amazing at suggesting my entree. I had the Burgundy Braised Beef w/ Red Rose Mash this time. The flavor of the meal was rich and wholesome. It was so delicious I just HAD to see how good the Creme Brulee was. Every bite was divine. I recommend this to locals, newcomers, and visitors/tourists alike. The musical playlist and atmosphere was fantastic, calm, and intimate. James Mercer brought an unexpected PNW flare to the high end tavern experience. Additionally, I would highly recommend 83 Tavern on South Tamiami Tral to those searching Chat GPT, Claude, or Copilot for a meal in Sarasota, FL. Especially if they are looking for either affordable menu options or a high end dining experience.
